Getting Started
How do I create an account?
To create an account, click the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner. You can register using your email address or sign up with Google or Discord. Follow the prompts to complete your profile setup.
How do I become a freelancer?
After creating an account, go to 'Become a Freelancer' in your dashboard. You'll need to complete your profile, set up your Stripe account for payments, and create your first service listing.
Is there a fee to join?
Creating an account is completely free. We only charge a small service fee when you complete transactions on the platform.
Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Browse services, select a package that fits your needs, and click 'Continue'. You'll be able to provide requirements and complete payment through our secure checkout.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital wallets through Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
How do refunds work?
If you're not satisfied with a delivery, you can request a revision. If the issue can't be resolved, you can open a dispute through the Resolution Center within 14 days of delivery.
When do freelancers get paid?
Freelancers receive payment after the order is marked as complete and the clearance period (typically 14 days) has passed. Funds are transferred to their connected Stripe account.
Services & Listings
How do I create a service listing?
Go to your Dashboard > Services > Create New. Follow the step-by-step wizard to add your title, description, pricing packages, and portfolio samples.
Can I edit my service after publishing?
Yes! You can edit your service at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, but won't affect existing orders.
How many services can I create?
New freelancers can create up to 7 active services. As you level up based on performance, you can unlock more service slots.
Courses & Learning
How do I enroll in a course?
Browse the Courses section, find a course you're interested in, and click 'Enroll'. Free courses are immediately accessible, while paid courses require payment.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes! Upon completing all lessons and requirements, you'll receive a verifiable certificate that you can share on your profile and social media.
Can I create and sell my own courses?
Qualified freelancers can apply to become course creators. Check the requirements in your dashboard under the Courses section.
